'The Octagon' Computer Center & Computer Support Group (CSG)
'The Octagon' Computer Center is looked after by Computer Support Group (CSG) wherein I am working. This is a true 24x7 computer center and catters to 1200 users across the campus. It acts as a resource centre to supplement classroom instructions with laboratory sessions. It has a server room with 25 servers and 200 high-end computers. It has a Internet Lab, General Labs, Unix Lab, CAD/CAM Lab apart from a Printer Room, Conference Hall and Seminar Hall.
